NMSCA is committed to supporting school counselors. 

Partnering with the American School Counselor Association, NMSCA is the state level school counselor organization.  

We offer the opportunity for school counselors to grow professionally, learn about best practices specific to New Mexico, and encourage school counselors to get involved at the local or state level or as a NMSCA Board Member.

The goal of this presentation is to understand what anxiety is, both the positives and negatives, and how we can support students to cope with the harmful aspects of too much anxiety.
